Ingredients (2 wraps)
- Tofu crumbled – 100 gm
- Salt – a pinch
- Black pepper – as per taste
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp (10 ml)
- Tortilla wraps – 2
- Chopped lettuce – 2–3 tbsp

- Oregano – for garnish
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Prepare tofu
In a bowl, add crumbled tofu. Add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, garam masala, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well.
2️⃣ Cook tofu
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add the tofu mixture and cook until golden brown and slightly crispy.
3️⃣ Prepare wrap
Warm the tortilla on a pan or grill. Spread Vegan (cashew) Mayonnaise evenly on it.
4️⃣ Assemble
Add cooked tofu and chopped lettuce. Sprinkle oregano on top.
5️⃣ Fold & serve
Fold the tortilla into a wrap. Serve hot.
