Ingredients (serving 1)
- Sattu – 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Fresh coriander (dhaniya) – 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Fresh mint (pudina) – 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Ginger (adrak) – 5 g (½ inch piece)
- Curd (dahi) – 100 g (~½ cup)
- Water – 120 ml
- Roasted cumin (bhuna jeera) powder – 1 g (¼ tsp)
- Black salt (kala namak) – 1 g (¼ tsp)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a grinder.
- Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Transfer to a glass and serve fresh.
Note:- If sattu is not available, you can use roasted chana (homemade powdered) in the same quantity instead.
