Ingredients (2–3 Servings)
- Carrot – 1 cup (chopped)
- Orange – 1 (pulp)
- Cashews – 2 tbsp (overnight soaked)
- Salt – as per taste
👩🍳 Method
- Sauté chopped carrot until slightly soft.
- Use overnight soaked cashews.
- You can also use seeds or peanuts as an alternative.
- In a grinder, add sautéed carrot, soaked cashews, orange pulp, and salt.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Dip is ready to serve.
