Papaya smoothie
Ingredients (1 serving)
- Ripe papaya – 1 cup (150 g)
- Warm water – ¾ cup
- Flaxseeds (alsi) – 1 teaspoon, soaked overnight
- Whey protein isolate – ½ scoop (10–12 g), plain & unflavoured
Method
- Peel papaya, remove seeds, cut into cubes.
- Drain soaked flaxseeds.
- Add papaya and warm water to blender; blend smooth.
- Add flaxseeds and whey isolate.
- Blend again briefly.
- Drink immediately.
