Flax seed powder
1️.Quantity
- Take ½–1 cup whole flaxseeds at a time (for batch prep)
2️. Roasting
- Use a heavy pan, no oil
- Low flame only
- Dry roast 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously
- Seeds should just start to crackle
➡️ Do NOT brown or burn
➡️ Over-roasting destroys omega-3 fats
3️ .Cooling
- Switch off flame
- Let seeds cool completely
4️.Grinding
- Grind to a coarse powder
➡️ Do not make a paste or extract oil
5️. Storage
- Store in airtight glass container
- Keep in refrigerator
- Use within 7–10 days
How to take (safe dose)
✔ Dose: 1 teaspoon per day
✔ Frequency: 4–5 days per week (not daily forever)
✔ Best time: With breakfast or lunch
✔ With: Roti dough, dal, curd (if tolerated), sabzi
