Ingredients
- Beetroot – 3 medium
- Garlic (lehsun) – 1 clove
- Fresh coriander (dhaniya) – 1 handful
- Walnuts (akhrot) – 1 handful
- Curd (dahi) – 1 tbsp
- Salt (namak) – as per taste
👩🍳Method
1️⃣ Prepare beetroot
- Wrap each beetroot in aluminium foil
2️⃣ Roast
- Roast at 375°F for 1 hour
3️⃣ Check doneness
- Insert a fork
- It should go in easily
4️⃣ Peel & cut
- Wash to remove covering
- Remove the ends
- Cut into pieces
5️⃣ Grind
- Add beetroot pieces to a grinder
- Add garlic, coriander, walnuts, curd, and salt
- Grind till smooth
6️⃣ Serve
- Dip is ready to serve
