Avocado nuts whey smoothie
Ingredients :
- Avocado – ¼ medium
- Whey protein isolate – ¾ scoop
- Almonds – 5, soaked & peeled
- Walnut – 1, soaked
- Flax seeds – 1 tsp, powdered
- Water – 250–300 ml
- Dry ginger powder (saunth) – a pinch (⅛ tsp)
- Cinnamon powder – a pinch
👩🍳 Method
- Blend soaked almonds, walnut, flax powder with water until smooth.
- Add avocado + whey protein.
- Blend for 10–15 seconds only.
- Add dry ginger & cinnamon → stir lightly.
- Drink fresh.
