Ingredients (Serving- 1)
- Tuna fillet- 80-100 gram
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper- 1 tsp
- Lemon -½
- Butter- 1 tsp (for greasing)
- Lettuce- 1 cup (chopped)
- Cucumber- ½ cup
- Carrot - ½ cup (cut into long pieces
- Tomato ½ cup
- Onion- 1 tbsp
- Sour yogurt- 1 tbsp
- Extra Virgin oil- ½ tsp / 2.5 ml
- Chilli flakes- ¼ tsp
- Honey- 1 tsp
Method :
1. Marinate the Tuna
- Take a tuna fillet.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and lime juice over it.
- Keep it aside for a few minutes.
2. Cook the Tuna
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Place the marinated tuna fillet on it.
- Cook on medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Remove it onto a plate.
- Shred the cooked tuna using two forks.
3. Prepare the Salad
- In another bowl/plate , add Chopped Lettuce, Cucumber ,Carrot ,Tomato, Onion ,Sour yogurt ,Extra virgin oil , Salt , black pepper , Chilli flakes , Honey ,Lemon juice ,Shredded tuna
4. Mix & Serve
- Toss everything well until combined.
- Your fresh and delicious Tuna Salad is ready to serve!
