📌 General Notes
- This chaat is ideal for Navratri fasting as it uses saindha salt and yogurt.
- Sweet potatoes are rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, making this a healthier alternative to fried chaats.
- You can adjust the sweetness of the yogurt as per your preference (use honey or jaggery if you like a naturally sweet touch).
- Add pomegranate seeds or roasted peanuts for extra crunch and flavor.
- Always serve fresh – if kept too long after mixing with yogurt, the potatoes lose their crispiness.
- This dish works well as a snack, light meal, or fasting-friendly option.
