Ingredients:-
- Beetroot - 1 Part
- Amla - 1 Part
- Ginger - 1/8th Part
Method:-
1. Peel Beetroot and Chop Roughly .
2. Deseed Amla
3. Peel ginger and chop roughly
Put all three in a blender and grind it to smooth paste and strain the juice .
You can add little water If required for grinding .
Now freeze the juice in the form of ice cubes .
Take 4 ice- cubes and pour some hot water and drink before 30 minutes of workout or anytime you feel like .
Note - You can use juicer for a hasslefree work and no need to use water
- Store ice cubes up to one month in deep freezer.
