Kulfi Pudding
- Cashew - 20 gm
- Milk - 125 ml
- Makhana - 15 gm
- Paneer - 100 gm
- Kesar 7-8 strands
- Elaichi - 1 - only seeds
- Mishri - 2 tbsp (30 gm)
- Rose petals - 7-8
Method-
1. Soak cashew , makhana, kesar ,and elaichi & rose petals in milk for half an hour .
2. shift all ingredients in a grinder jar and make smooth paste
3. Now add paneer and mishri powder and grind again till you get creamy consistency as shown in the video . You can add a little more cold milk if required .
4. Transfer into 2 serving bowl garnish with pista & rose petals and refrigerate it for 2 hours .
5. After 2 hours serve chilled.
Note- 1. Obese and diabetic people need to avoid it .
2. You can replace mishri with dates , figs, stevia, monk fruit extract etc to make it low in sugar and calories .
