Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds (धनिया)- 1/3 tsp
- Carom Seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/3 tsp
- Cumin seeds (जीरा)- 1/3 tsp
- Fennel seeds (सौंफ)- 1/4 tsp
- Water- 300 ml
Instructions:
- Take 100 ml water & soak all the seeds 4 hours or overnight.
- In a pan boil 300 ml water. Then add soaked seeds and let it boil on low flame till it reduced to ⅔. Switch off the flame, strain it & drink lukewarm either post 1 hour of any meal or empty stomach.
