Biotin Breakfast Smoothie bowl
Ingredients (Serving- 2)
- Almonds- 15 gm (handful)
- Cashew- 10 gm (handful)
- Pumpkin Seeds- 10 gm (handful)
- Sunflower seeds- 10 gm (handful)
- Pistachio- 10 gm (handful)
- Dates-2 (dry)
- Figs- 2 (dry)
- Chia seeds/ sabja seeds- 5 gm
- Banana (ripe)- 2
- Fresh fruits- for garnish
Method-
- Wash all nuts and seeds (except chia seeds/ sabja seeds) in fresh water and soak overnight OR 2-3 hours including chia seeds/ sabja seeds.
- Add 2 bananas (ripe) and blend everything.
- Transfer it into a bowl.
- Garnish with fresh fruits and seeds.
Note:-
- You can add ice-cubes while blending to adjust the coldness and consistency of smoothie.
- You can also add raisins and dried berries.
- If any of the ingredient is mentioned in the recipe is non- suiting to you, can skip or ask for the substitute.
