🌿 Ingredients:
- 1 liter water
- 4-5 fresh amlas
- 2 inch raw turmeric
- 2 pc Green chilli
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds (rai)
- Black salt (kala namak)
- Regular salt
- Asafoetida (Heeng)
🥄 Method:
- Boil 1 liter of water and let it cool to lukewarm.
- Add amla, raw turmeric, green chilli, mustard seeds, and all the spices.
- Stir well, cover with a muslin cloth, and keep in sunlight for 3-4 days.
- Stir daily to ensure proper fermentation.
- Once it turns slightly tangy, strain and enjoy !
