Ingredients
- French beans -1 cup blanched
- Low-fat paneer - 100gm
- Olive oil / any cooking oil -1 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Garlic - ½ clove
- Green chilli - 1-2(chopped)
- Soy sauce-½ tsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar- 2 ml
- Chilli flakes & oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Roasted Peanuts - 1 tsp
METHOD
1.Prepare the Paneer Mix
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add finely chopped garlic and green chilli cut into long pieces .
- Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add paneer cubes and salt to taste.
- Toss gently and cook for 2–3 minutes until the paneer turns slightly golden.
- Remove and keep aside.
2.Prepare the Veggies
- In another pan, heat a little oil.
- Add sliced onions and blanched beans.
- Stir-fry on medium-high flame to keep the vegetables slightly crunchy.
- Add the sautéed paneer on top or mix it in.
- Now add flavouring ingredients: Oregano, Chilli flakes ,Sesame seeds, Soya sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar,Salt to taste
- Mix everything well and cook for 1–2 minutes so that the veggies absorb the flavours.
3.Combine & Serve
- Ready to Serve!
- Enjoy it hot as a healthy, protein-rich snack or a light meal.
