Ingredients:-
- Oats- 50 gm
- Greek Yogurt- 100 gm
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Baking Soda- ½ tsp
- Oil (for greasing)
- Greased Baking Dish-1
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garliic - 1 clove (large)
- Jalapeño - ½ tsp
- Oregano -½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes -½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mozarella cheese - 50 gm
Method :-
- Grind the oats into a fine powder.
- In a bowl, mix the ground oats with Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
- Combine well to form a smooth batter.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- In another bowl, mix together butter, garlic, jalapeños, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Flip the partially baked bread and spread the garlic-butter mixture evenly over it.
- Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake again for 5 minutes, or until golden and cheesy.
- Your delicious and healthy oats garlic bread is ready to serve.
