Ingredient:-
- Oil or Butter -1 tsp
- Garlic cloves -8-9
- Mushrooms- 9-10 (chopped)
- Handful of coriander stems- Handful (chopped)
- Coriander leaves - Handful (chopped)
- Black peppercorns -8-10
- Salt to taste
- Water -2 cups
- Lemon juice
- Chilli oil - ½ tsp
Method :-
1.Sauté the Aromatics & Mushrooms
- Heat a little oil or butter in a pan.
- Add finely chopped garlic, stems of coriander, mushrooms.
- Let them sauté for a few minutes until aromatic.
2.Simmer the Soup
- Pour in water and add black pepper powder and salt.
- Stir well and allow the mixture to simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
3.Add Freshness
- Add lemon juice and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything .
4.Serve
- Transfer the soup into a serving bowl.
5.Finish with a Drizzle
- Drizzle a little chilli oil on top for a nice spicy kick — and your warm, delicious mushroom soup is ready to enjoy!
