Ingredient
1. Fennel seeds(saunf) – ½ tsp
2. Mulethi powder( licorice root )- ½ tsp
3. Saunth powder (dry ginger) - 1/3 tsp
Method:
1. Boil 300 ml of water in a saucepan.
2. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame to low.
3. Add all three herbs and let them simmer on a low flame for 7-8 minutes.
4. Turn off the flame and cover the saucepan with a lid.
5. Allow it to cool down to a lukewarm temperature.
6. Strain into a mug and enjoy it sip by sip.
