Ingredients- (Serving -1 )
- Ripe persimmons- 2
- Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
- Honey (1 tbsp) -if the fruit is too ripe then skip (optional)
- Water - as required
- Cinnamon - a pinch(optional)
- Pistachio crumbles (optional)
Method-
- Take ripe persimmons and peel off the outer skin.
- Cut them into slices.
- Transfer the slices into a grinder jar.
- Add cocoa powder, honey, and a little water to adjust the thickness.
- Grind everything into a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into small bowls or jars.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set.
- Take out from the fridge and flip them onto a plate to serve as mini cakes.
- Garnish with cacao nibs, pistachio crumbles etc.
- You can also sprinkle cinnamon for extra flavour.
