Ingredients (Serving- 1)
- Chicken Breast - 100 gram
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Black Pepper- ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder - ⅓ tsp
- Oregano- ½ tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Oil- 5 ml / 1 tsp
- Carrot- 50 gm (cut into long slices)
- Blanched broccoli -50 gm (small florets)
- Bell Pepper - 50 gm (cut into small square pieces)
- French Beans - 50 gm (cut into 5 inch long pieces)
Method
1. Prepare the Chicken
- Take a chicken breast and slice it horizontally from the middle to make two pieces.
2.Marination
- In a bowl, add: Soya sauce ,Garlic paste , Black pepper ,Red chilli powder ,Oregano , Salt ,Oil
- Mix everything well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinate and coat them properly.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3.Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a grill pan and lightly grease it with oil .
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan.
- Cook on medium flame until they turn shiny golden-brown, crispy, and crunchy.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the pan.
4.Preparing the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add oil.
- Add carrot slices, broccoli, bell pepper and french beans.
- Sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste.
- Cook everything for 4–5 minutes on medium flame.
5.Serving
- Your dish is ready!
- Serve the crispy chicken steak with sautéed veggies.
Note:-
- If any of the ingredient is mentioned in the recipe is non- suiting to you, can skip or ask for the substitute.
- You can add any vegetables of your choice like bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, baby corn.
- You may serve it with any dip of your choice, or skip the dip completely if you prefer.
- Adjust spices as per your taste.
- You can grill, bake, or air-fry the chicken as an alternative to pan-cooking.
- Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
