Chamomile Fusion Tea
Ingredients:
- Water – 1 mug
- Nutmeg (Jaiphal) – a pinch (⅛ tsp or less)
- Licorice / Mulethi powder – ½ tsp
- Dried Chamomile or Brahmi – 2 g
Method:
- Boil the water.
- Add mulethi, nutmeg, and chamomile (or Brahmi).
- Cover with a lid and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Drink it lukewarm at night.
