Almond fennel Shake
Ingredients - (Serving -1)
- Almonds-10 (soaked and peeled)
- Saunf- 2 tsp (10 gm)
- Black pepper- 5 pc
- Kesar-4-5 stands
- Milk-200ml chilled (dairy OR plant based)
- For Sweetness(choose one option)- Honey-1tsp / Gulkand-1tsp / Mishri powder-½tsp / Dates-2-3 soaked in water
Method-
- Soak almond in water for 4 hours to overnight and then peel.
- Soak fennel seeds& black pepper in water together.
- In a blender jar add Almonds, Fennel seeds, black pepper, Kesar, Milk and sweetener of your choice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Your cooling Almond fennel shake is ready.
